As a long time resident of Clermont I have watched the city grow from one little traffic light to where we are today. I have seen our city full of orange trees, and now I see the vast amount of homes we have built inhabiting the landscape.
My family had one of the very first grocery stores in Clermont; Bob's Fifth Street Grocery, as well as my grandparents owning fruit producing property. So I know this city and I know its humble beginnings.
I started my real estate career working for real estate attorneys who exposed to me the passion for what I now do. For years I assisted people on the other side of the real estate transaction, and helped many families get their homes closed. While I am grateful for this time as it made me realize that buying and selling real estate is more than a big commission check or awards it made me realize that what really matters is what positive impact I can make in helping families achieve their dreams.
Over the years my husband and I have been actively involved in our church. We were the children's pastors for years and our own children grew up seeing the importance of giving to others. As my real estate career started to grow people started communicating with me that they needed help. I naturally jumped in with everything I had and found out that the years spent working on the other side prepared me for this business and what I feel to be a calling!
Today I serve both sellers and buyers with their real estate transactions. Another area that I am passionate about is working with military families, with good reason. My youngest son, Lance Corporal Jeremy Wheeler, enlisted in 2016 and now has the honor of being a Marine! I love helping families that have served our country, and in some regards makes me feel like I am doing my part.
